报道称，阿隆索在上赛季带领勒沃库森夺得了德甲冠军，并打入了欧联杯决赛，在皇马，他被视为执教一线队的理想人选。他与俱乐部的两种理念不谋而合，参与球队更多的管理、相信自己的战术并信任年轻球员。
